Situated a 10-minute drive from Narita Airport, Marroad International Hotel Narita offers free airport shuttles. The airport and air crafts can be viewed from some rooms and top-floor restaurants. I'm not sure why there's so much hate around the hotels near Narita but Marroad really exceeded my expectations! The hotel was really spacious, the shuttle service was really convenient and best of all, the staff were really helpful! I left an item behind in another hotel and they went out of their way to help me contact the hotel and make arrangements to help me retrieve my item. Really value for money and would totally recommend!
